OvisOme is a database with the annotation of proteins identified in proteomics studies. Proteins are annotated as to the samples and donors they were found in. The information in this database is fundamental for researchers innterested in Ovis aries disease mechanisms with impact on different breeds, the proposal of novel disease biomarkers and the use of sheep as models for human studies.
